Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Timeframe: Clients must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total cost.
3. No-Show Fee: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of the total cost.
4. **Emergency Situations**
I understand that things come up where you won’t be able to make the appointment. Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
